How It Works
Simple And Straightforward
1. Apply
Start by applying here and uploading your ID and two recent pay stubs. Please be honest because our verification is thorough. If you qualify, underwriting will verify your identity and debt-to-income ratio (DTI) through credit and background reports—credit scores aren’t used. The cost of the report is $59 or $69, depending on the information the underwriter will likely need based on your pre-screening. Once approved, we’ll send your letter indicating your maximum rent allowance.
2. Find Your New Home
Once approved, you can begin your home search—or move forward with the place you already have in mind. Before applying, confirm that the landlord accepts a guarantor (most do). Then send us their contact information so we can verify details and review the unsigned lease for approval.
3. Sign Off And Move In
When your lease has been cleared, we’ll issue our agreement for electronic signature to all parties. Once all signatures are complete, we’ll coordinate with your landlord to finalize the lease, collect our fee, and get you moved into your new home. From there, you just pay your landlord directly every month in accordance with your lease. That's it.
