Frequently Asked Questions

How Do I Get Started?

Click HERE or at the link above and fill out the application. We will carefully review your application to assess your eligibility for our service. If you qualify, we will proceed with running the necessary reports and issuing your approval certificate. From there, the next step is securing your new residence.

What Credit Score Do I Need To Qualify?

There is no set minimum credit score requirement. Greater emphasis is placed on income. Applicants must be steadily employed or have a consistent source of income and be able to document such.

What Services Do You Offer?

We specialize in supporting renters with unique financial circumstances, including those with damaged credit, self-employed individuals, students, and many others. Our service provides landlords with peace of mind by guaranteeing rental payments in the event of tenant eviction.

What's The Timeline?

Most applications are finalized within 2 to 5 days when complete documentation is provided. If documents are missing or landlord responses are delayed, the timeline may be extended accordingly.

What Does It Cost?

Following approval, renters pay a fee equal to approximately 85% to 110% of one month’s rent, due at lease signing. This is based on an internal, self-developed formula that we apply to all approvals. Landlords benefit from our service at no expense.

Is There An Application Fee?

There is no cost to submit your initial application. If your income and employment history meet our preliminary requirements, we will then obtain the necessary reports to verify your identity, calculate your DTI, and screen your background. The fee for these reports is $59 or $69 if underwriting determines a little more information is necessary, but this will be credited back to you at closing.

I Have A Roommate, Can You Help?

Yes, roommates or additional tenants are fine. All applicants who plan on being on the lease, or whose income will be considered for approval, need to apply individually.

Do You Have A List Of Properties?

Due to the rapid turnover of available properties, maintaining an accurate and current database proved impractical. Given the specialized nature of our services, continuing this effort diverted focus from our primary operations.
